Ordered the Sharkicks basic but unfortunately in a smaller size. Spoke with Mandy from Hello Slippers and she was able to work with me to order the right size for a discounted price. Top notch service and very happy with the customer service. Anyway, after everything was sorted out I ordered a new correctly sized pair and they were shipped to me without issue. After trying on the Sharkicks I was incredibly surprised by how comfortable they were. I wear them when going swimming at my local pool and they do not slip at all on the wet ground. Incredibly satisfied with the product and I’m definitely looking forward to ordering more products from Hello Slippers in the future!
